Census1860	David appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Stokes Twp., Madison Co., Ohio, enumerated 18 August 1860, as 46 yo farmer David Selsor. With him were 40 yo domestic Delilah Sasher, three farm laborers, unknown 16 yo John Williams and one other domestic. Real estate valued at $61,600, personal estate at $9,500.4
Census1870*	David appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Stokes Twp., Madison Co., Ohio, enumerated 28 July 1870, as 57 yo farmer David Selsor. Others in the home, relationships unknown, were 45 yo housekeeper Jeliah Lash, 19 yo James Lash and three farm laborers.5
Marriage*	He married Rebecca Jane "Jennie" Foster on 10 April 1876. My preliminary research suggests their children were Delcenia S. "Della" (1876-1964) and Ora Belle Selsor (c1878- ).2
Census1880*	David and Rebecca appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Stokes Twp., Madison Co., Ohio, enumerated 19 June 1880, as 68 yo farmer David & 27 yo wife Rebecka J Selsor. Their daughters 4 yo Dell S and 2 yo Ora B Selsor were listed as living with them, as well as five servants.6
Occupation*	David was a stock rancher at Clark & Madison Cos., Ohio. The Cincinnati Enquirer called him 'one of the wealthiest men in this section of the country'. The Lima Times-Democrat said he owned 25,000 acres in Clark and Madison Counties. The bio sketch included in his Find A Grave memorial called him the 'Cattle King', a stockman without equal in Madison County.7,8,2
Death*	David died on 12 January 1882 at his home in near South Charston, Clark Co., Ohio, at age 69.7,2

FSTrees lists 15 siblings using all four of these spellings.2

Marriage*	She married Alfred Ross Downey, son of Jeremiah Downey and Sarah Hulda Phelps, from 26 August 1869 to 29 August 1869 in Vevay, Switzerland Co., Indiana. Switzerland Marriages says 29 Aug, Indiana Marriages 26 Aug. Likely the 26th is the license and 29th the marriage. No issue in the 1870.4,5,6
Census1870*	Elizabeth and Alfred appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Sugar Branch, Switzerland Co., Indiana, enumerated 9 August 1870, as 20 yo farmer Alfred & 18 yo Elizabeth Downey.1
Census1880	Elizabeth and Alfred appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Cotton Twp., Switzerland Co., Indiana, enumerated 8 June 1880, as 30 yo farmer Albert & 28 yo wife Elizabeth Downey. Their children Clarence Wesley and Chester Ross were listed as living with them, as well as one house servant.7
Census1900	Elizabeth and Alfred appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Cotton Twp., Switzerland Co., Indiana, enumerated 23 June 1900, as 50 yo farmer Alfred & 48 yo wife Elizabeth Downey. Their children Clarence Wesley, Ernest Daniel and Porter Harrison were listed as living with them.8
Census1920	Elizabeth appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Westport, Decatur Co., Indiana, as 67 yo mother Elizabeth Downey in the household of Chester Ross Downey and Nettie L. Glenn; as 41 yo garage repairman Chester R & 40 yo wife Nettie L Downey.9
Death*	Elizabeth died on 3 September 1923 in Pleasant, Switzerland Co., Indiana, at age 71, of liver cancer.2,3

Census1870	She appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Whitmell, at Pittsylvania Co., Virginia in the household of her mother and stepfather, Stokely Carter and America M. Blair, as 17 yo (step-daughter) Mary V Blair.4
Marriage*	She married Stephen Monroe Coleman on 15 June 1876 in Pittsylvania Co., Virginia. My preliminary research suggests their only child was Susan M Coleman (1877-1905). Stephen perhaps m2 Lucy Allen and had daughter Lucy "Sally" Coleman per SAR membership application of Phillip Maverick.5
Death*	Mary died on 29 April 1879 at age 26.3
Burial*	She was buried at Coleman Cemetery in Java, Pittsylvania Co., Virginia. Find A Grave provides neither a photo nor LatLong coordinates for this cemetery.3
