My preliminary research suggests their only child was Richard Lee "Rick" Blair (1930-2010, m. Patricia Ann Burke Ruffin in 1967, res. Norfolk, VA 1969 w/ US Navy, perhaps m. Mercedes Maria Teresa Connelly (per Find A Grave), h/o Alice G Blair at his death).10,6,7

Death*	James died on 28 August 1969 at Shenandoah County Memorial Hospital in Woodstock, Shenandoah Co., Virginia, at age 65, of 'acute massive intestinal hemorrhage'. His obit in The Danville Register says he died in Quicksburg. His death certificate says he resided in Quicksburg but died at the hospital in Woodstock.5,13,7

Four of their children were listed as living with them: namely, 11 yo John Jr, 8 yo Roslyn, 5 yo William and 0.3 yo Gerald Blair.11
