They cite John Mack family in Maury, TN, listed as 1010101-111101. This is wrong on many levels. E.g. the listing appears to be for John Mack Jr., John should be 30-39 not 40-49, the males 10-14 and 20-29 are unknown, three sons who should be in the 5-9 bracket are missing, and finally the four females in the first four brackets are all unknown.

Henry's obit lists brothers and sisters but makes no mention of any Herbert.6,7,3

Estate-Will*	Joseph Perry Crosswait left a will dated 20 May 1871 at Cass Co., Iowa, naming son Perry R Crosswait as executor. The only named heir was his beloved wife Mary R Crosswait who was to receive one-third of the estate. Unnamed heirs were all his children who were to split the remaining two-thirds of the estate. Son Isaac Newton had previously been advanced money and was to have no share in the will.      By the time of Joseph's codicil of 20 May 1875 daughter Mary had died and her share was given to daughter Jennie B Cary.10

I'm assuming it was written the same day as codicil no. 1.10

Estate-Will*	Newton Harvey Matthews left a will dated 16 March 1886 at Maury Co., Tennessee, naming no executor. As on 15 Sep 2022 TN Wills and Probate Records, 1779-2008 has three hits for N H Matthews.      First is the Administrator's Bond wherein his wife Eliza was appointed administrator of the estate. That source is cited in the Estate-Admin tag.      Next is titled 'Will Papers' and is a partial copy of the will and two pages of abstracts. It is the 2nd citation in this tag.      The third contains the complete text of the will and is the first citation in this tag. Named heirs were his wife Eliza who was to receive everything except 62 acres which were to conditionally go to adopted son William Roland. None of Newton and Eliza's other children are mentioned in the will.10,11

The FamilySearch databases say 19 Sep 1838 and are likely more reliable.      William's FSTrees entry (ID no. KJH3-2LM) claims 19 children. Those not entered into this database include Mary E (1839- ), L W (1843- ), Euphemia Fleming (1845-1880), Mary Rebecca Narcissa (1845-1847), G A (1846- ), L Cordelia (1859- ), no name (1859-1859), Lily Cordela (1860-1863), and Thomas Evert Mack (1860-1863).      Find A Grave claims eldest son was Herbert Clay Mack (1838-1919) but the included obit is for his brother Henry Clay Mack. Henry's obit lists brothers and sisters but makes no mention of any Herbert.3,4,1

Birth*	Henry, son of John Blair Sr. and Sally Wade, was born in 1811 in Pittsylvania Co., Virginia. The 1870 census says Virginia, the 1850 census says North Carolina.4,5
Census1820	Henry is probably one of the two males under age 10 listed in the household of his father, John Blair Sr., in the 1820 Federal Census of Pittsylvania Co., Virginia.6
Marriage*	He married Sally Shreves on 26 December 1832 in Rockingham Co., North Carolina. This may be bond date rather than marriage date. Three entries in the 1840 census may have been children who died young, or nephews & niece. Their ages were one male 5-9, one female <5 and one male <5. FSTrees claims without citation that Henry m2 Cornelia Lnu.1
ResearchNote*	Research Note of 24 June 2021 re daughters. Henry & Sally Shreves Blair had two daughters, Sarah J "Sallie" Blair & Jenetta Blair, born one after the other, who seem to get mixed up and sometimes merged into on in the available online resources.      Living with the parents, the 1850 census lists 7 yo daughter Sarah and a 6 yo daughter Jenetta. The 1860 census lists 15 yo Sallie & 14 yo Jenetta. The 1870 census lists only 27 yo Sallie J Blair. This is the first appearance of the middle initial J for Sarah "Sallie".      I've not seen Jenette called anything but that or variations thereof. Sarah is always Sarah or Sallie. Perhaps the middle initial J, if correct at all, is for Jane but it's very unlikely her parents named two daughters Jenette one after the other.      Henry's FSTrees entry, ID no. LC58-DDM, shows a daughter Sallie Jenette Blair (1843- ) and a daughter Sallie Blair (1845- ). These trees are frequently wrong so that's no big surprise. It seems that FSTrees has merged sources for the two daughters into one person. |Henry W. Blair (1811-a1870.)5

Census1860	Henry and Sally appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Northern Div., Rockingham Co., North Carolina, enumerated 22 June 1860, as 50 yo Henry & 50 yo Sallie Blair. Their children Sarah J. "Sallie", Jeanette, Nancy, Martha J. and Rachel C. were listed as living with them. Their children 15 yo Sallie, 14 yo Jinetta, 12 yo Nancy, 7 yo Martha and 6 yo Rachel Blair were listed as living with them. This is an unreadable sheet. I'm relying on the extrator's info.8
Census1870	Henry and Sally appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Jonesville Twp., Lee Co., Virginia, enumerated 15 July 1870, as 59 yo wagonmaster Henry W & 59 yo Sallie Blair. Their children Sarah J. "Sallie", Nancy, Martha J. and Rachel C. were listed as living with them. In addition to their four children listed here we find 4 yo James H and 2 yo John H Blair. Considering her age it's unlikely they are Sally's children. Perhaps they are grandchildren.4
Death*	Henry died after 15 July 1870.4

Birth*	Mary, daughter of John Blair Sr. and Sally Wade, was born circa 1822.1
Marriage*	She married Laten Driskell on 2 September 1834 in Rockingham Co., North Carolina. I'm not entirely convinced this is our Mary Blair. Perhaps had issue Jno T Driskell who m. M S Daniel, and William Archer Driskell who m. Bettie Alice Allgood. The couple is a complete bust in the census record.3
