Son Charles is the right age and birthstate.      Two others in the household were 11 yo William (is this really Austin) and 3 yo Charles (two children named Charles in same houshold). The younger Charles born in PA, same as Sarah.11

It's odd that two sisters with the same name had lives that apparently overlapped by 5 months and 5 days. Births are correct per Conway Vitals.      One document lists this Julia's middle name as Emma. Give her mother is called 'Senior' in one document, it's likely this Julia's middle name was Elma.3,4,5
