Estate-Will	Louden was named an heir in the will of Alrich Ryland Pennington, his father, dated 31 October 1842 at Port Penn, New Castle Co., Delaware.1
Marriage*	He married Amanda Jefferson on 28 November 1850 in Delaware. FamilySearch Trees claims without citation one son, Samuel Jefferson Pennington (1855-1863), but I've seen no evidence in support.2

Marriage*	She married Leonard Atkey Pennington, son of Alrich Ryland Pennington and Rebecca Vandegrift, on 6 June 1844 at Saint Georges Presbyterian Church in Saint Georges, New Castle Co., Delaware. Two other children alleged without citation by some authors are Joseph Thomas (1863- ) and Martha Jane Pennington (1864- ).3,4
Census1850*	Ann and Leonard appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of New Castle Hundred, New Castle Co., Delaware, enumerated 22 July 1850, as 31 yo farmer Leonard A & 23 yo wife Ann E Pennington. Their children Alrich R., Francis Atkey and Casper Eaton were listed as living with them, as well as unknown person 12 yo Samuel Perry and three black laborers.1
Census1860	Ann and Leonard appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of 1st Election Dist., Queen Anne's Co., Maryland, enumerated 20 July 1860, as 44 yo farmer Lenard & 33 yo Ann E Pennington. Their children Alrich R., Francis Atkey, Casper Eaton, Mary, Louden Marion, William Russell, Letitia, Ruth Elizabeth, Anna May and Leonard A. were listed as living with them, as well as a cook and several farm hands.5
Death*	Ann died on 14 September 1868.2
Burial*	She was buried at Old Saint Ann's Church Cemetery in Middletown, New Castle Co., Delaware. Find A Grave provides photo of her headstone.2

Marriage*	He married Elizabeth Lnu before 1758, date estimated from fact he has at least six children, four of whom were married, at least one with a child. Figure Isaac 20 yo at marriage and daughter Mary 18 yo at marriage and birth of child William. This puts the marriage year not later than 1758.1,2
Death*	Isaac died on 29 February 1796 in New Castle Co., Delaware.3
Estate-Inventory	His estate was inventoried on 19 March 1796 at New Castle Co., Delaware.4

Marriage*	She married Isaac Hyatt Sr. before 1758, date estimated from fact he has at least six children, four of whom were married, at least one with a child. Figure Isaac 20 yo at marriage and daughter Mary 18 yo at marriage and birth of child William. This puts the marriage year not later than 1758.1,2
Death*	Elizabeth died after 20 October 1796.1

Marriage*	His first marriage was to Sarah Stinson on 4 October 1791 at Delaware. Ref. Bible Record Collecion, Folder 317.2. DE Vitals index says the location was Tent, New Castle County, but the card shows no location. The Hyatt, Stinson, Murphy, Talbott entry at Ancestry Message Boards claims the following additional children from this marriage: James, Isaac, John, Ephraim, Thomas, Moriah, Francis, Katherine, Lucinda, and Capt. Isaac Lemuel Hyatt.3
Marriage*	Their second marriage was to Ann Webb Richardson on 17 June 1815 at Caroline Co., Maryland, she the widow of Fnu Dickinson.4
