Jesse Parker1

M, #11431
Last Edited27 Jan 2025
Marriage*He married Eunice Rice, daughter of Oliver Rice and Lucy Rice, on 14 October 1798 in Brookfield, Worcester Co., Massachusetts. This was Jesse's m2, his first wife was Polly Hewes who died in 1796. He was 'of Brookfield' according to Hibner.
My preliminary research suggests their children were Lucia Parker (1799- ) and Seth Parker (1801- ). Jesse's children by his m1 were Morana Parker (1784- ), Lydia Parker (c1787-c1789), Jesse Parker (1792- ) and Mary Parker (1794- ).2,1
Census1800*Jesse appeared on the 1800 Federal Census of Brookfield, Worcester Co., Massachusetts, with a household listed as 0001-1001 as 26-44 yo Jesse Parker. His wife Eunice is likely the female 26-44 yo and daughter Lucia the female under 10 yo.3
Census1810Jesse appeared on the 1810 Federal Census of Brookfield, Worcester Co., Massachusetts, with a household listed as 10001-01001 as 45+ yo Jesse Parker. His wife Eunice is likely the female 45+ yo, daughter Lucia the 10-15 yo female and son Seth the male under 10 yo.4
Census1820Jesse appeared on the 1820 Federal Census of Western, Worcester Co., Massachusetts, with a household listed as 000001-01001 as 45+ yo Jesse Parker. His wife Eunice is likely the female 45+ yo and daughter Lucia may be the female 10-15 yo, but that's one bracket too young.5
