Census1850	Emeline appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Div. 2, Ohio Co., Indiana in the household of her parents, Caleb Harbert and Sarah Downey, as 16 yo Emmeline Harbert.1
Marriage*	She married Robert Easton on 1 September 1851 in Ohio Co., Indiana.3
Census1860*	Emeline and Robert appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Randolph Twp., Ohio Co., Indiana, enumerated 16 July 1860, as 33 yo cabinetmaker Robert & 25 yo Emeline Easton. Jane Easton, 64 yo and presumably Robert's mother, was listed as living with them. No kids.4
Death*	Emeline died between 1860 and 1862. This death date is speculative. Robert remarried in Nov 1862 to Jane McComb. In the 1870 census Robert & Jane show two children, the latter of whom is named Emma. Though I can find no Find A Grave memorial for Emeline it makes sense that she died between the 1860 census and the 1862 marriage, and that Robert's 2nd child was named after her.5

Census1840	Mary is probably one of the two females under age 5 listed in the household of her father, Caleb Harbert, in the 1840 Federal Census of Dearborn Co., Indiana.2
Census1850	Mary appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Div. 2, Ohio Co., Indiana in the household of her parents, Caleb Harbert and Sarah Downey, as 13 yo Mary Ann Harbert.1
Marriage*	She married Alexander Conley on 23 April 1857. The Indiana Marriage Index record says 23 April, the Marriages record says 21 April. I interpret this to mean the license was issed the 21st with the wedding on the 23rd. My preliminary research suggests their children were Caleb Conley (1858- ) and John Conley (1860- ). Neither child is in the 1870 census.3,4
Census1860*	Mary and Alexander appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Union Twp., Ohio Co., Indiana, enumerated 27 June 1860, as 34 yo farmer Alexander & 24 yo Mary Conley. Their children 2 yo Calip(?) and 0.2 yo John Conley were listed as living with them. Mary Ann's parents and sister Sophia live next door above.5
Census1870	Mary and Alexander appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Union Twp., Ohio Co., Indiana, enumerated 11 July 1870, as 43 yo farmer Aleck & 34 yo Mary Conley.6
Census1880	Mary and Alexander appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Cass Twp., Ohio Co., Indiana, enumerated 9 June 1880, as 55 yo farmer Alexander & 40 yo Mary A Conley.7
Death*	Mary died in June 1891 in Dearborn Co., Indiana, from a lightning strike hitting their chimney. I'm not certain this is the same Mrs. Alexander Conley but it seems likely since she's missing in the 1900 census and Alex is listed as a widower in Dearborn County in 1900.8
ResearchNote*	Research Note of 3 September 2019 re myriad marriage records. Ancestry has a shocking number of marriage records for women named Mary Ann Harbert. I believe Alex is the correct one based on the fact that in the 1860 census for Union Twp., Ohio Co., Indiana, Mary Ann & Alex are living next door to Mary Ann's parents & sister Caleb & Sarah Harbert, and Sophia.      FSTrees (John H Ayerhart (1834-1921), ID no. L8T5-QNW) claims that Mary Ann married John H Ayerhart/Ayrhart in 1856 and had issue William L, Alvin Jerome, Clara J, Frank W, and Ella Florence Ayerhart. But John's FSTrees entry also says he married Mary Ann Harwood and had two of the same children. Clearly one or both marriages are nonsense. FSTrees has three sources for marriages of the purported children and they all give their mother's surname as either Harwood or Harward, not Harbert.      Find A Grave has memorials for John (no. 176390115) and Mary Ann Harwood (no. 176390043). Ms. Harwood was definitely not Ms. Harbert. The surname Ayerhart is nasty in searches having myriad possible spellings. Bottom line - Mary Ann Harbert of this record did NOT marry John Ayerhart.9

Marriage*	He married Susanna Harbert, daughter of Caleb Harbert and Sarah Downey, on 29 February 1848 in Ohio Co., Indiana. My preliminary research suggests their children were John W. (1849-1926, m. Nancy Gould), Sarah A. (1854-1898) Fleming and perhaps one infant who died young. Sources for these children not cited in parental tags include FSTrees entries for all three and a Find A Grave memorial for John.3,1
Census1850*	Robert and Susanna appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Div. 2, Ohio Co., Indiana, enumerated 18 October 1850, as 30 yo farmer Robert & 19 yo Susana Fleming. Their 1 yo son John W. was living with them. Next door above are Susanna's parents and siblings.4
Census1860	Robert and Susanna appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Clay Twp., Dearborn Co., Indiana, enumerated 6 July 1860, as 40 yo miller Robert & 29 yo Susan Fleman (Fleming). Their children 11 yo J. W. and 6 yo Sarah A. Fleman were living with them.5
Census1880	Robert and Susanna appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Cass Twp., Ohio Co., Indiana, enumerated 15 June 1880, as 62 yo laborer Robert & 50 yo wife Susanna Flemming. Robert's 54 yo sister Eliza Flemming was living with them.6
Death*	Robert died on 6 October 1882 at age 64.2

Marriage*	He married Melissa Jane Harbert, daughter of Caleb Harbert and Sarah Downey, on 3 April 1900 in North Vernon, Jennings Co., Indiana. There are two entries for this marriage in IN Marriages. Date & location is the same but minor differences in other fields. This is noted as Melissa's 2nd marriage.2,3,4
Death*	James died on 11 January 1923 in Switzerland Co., Indiana, at age 82.1
