I speculate Fisk was Emma's m1.3

Marr-Divorce*	Grace was divorced from Bert Dewey Downey at Nowata Co., Oklahoma, on 6 August 1922. The divorce decree is dated 06 February to become effective six months later. Eicher writes, "Daddy told me the story - that he found Grace 'in the arms of another man'...'and my blood ran cold.' He was crushed & didn't know what to do - but left town (since he wasn't wanted). Interestingly - I got the divorce record where she claimed abandonment. She was 16 yrs. Marie continues, "I also have a copy of a letter daddy wrote to Ruth telling this story. It was a sad story and he wanted each of us to make good marriage choices. He was always firm in telling us that both Ruth's mother (Louisa, who died when Ruth was born) and my mother (Dollie) were 'good, faithful women'".6,2
