Two sons, 10 yo Laird & 0.5 Eugene were listed as living with them. Laird is probably Leonard Arthur (1907-1959), a son from George's m1 to Joan Ellen Jackson.3

My preliminary research suggests their children were William Bunyon "Willie" (c1885?-1964, school teacher, m. Rosella Taylor 1910 in Surry Co), and Martha Francis "Fannie" Blair (1885?-1914, m. Jim(?) Taylor). The birthyears for these two children are questionable as they both claim Martha or Martha Ledford as their mother, yet she reliably died in 1883. It's possible Elijah m2 Martha Lnu between m1's death in 1883 and his own in 1889 and these are her children, but I've found no evidence for this and in any case Martha specifically says her mother was Ledford. Marriages says 28 Jan, her husband claims 26 Jan in wife's obit written by him.6,7,8

His record in Civil War Soldier Records & Profiles states hospitalized at Richomon on 09 Apr 1864 due to intermittent fever, transferred to Farmville, VA on 30 April, furloughed 16 June, and listed as Casualty 2 on 15 November.3,4

Census1850	Martha appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Gambill Dist., Rutherford Co., Tennessee in the household of her parents, Ralph A. Blair and Asenath McFadden, as 21 yo Martha A Blair.7
Marriage*	She married James M. Lee on 13 October 1851 in Rutherford Co., Tennessee. The Blair Genealogy website claims Martha married John Ballentine but makes no mention of James Lee. There is a record in TN County Marriages but the date is 10 May 1843. Martha is clearly living with her parents in both the 1840 and 1850 censuses so this makes little sense. Also, she'd be in the neighborhood of only 14 years old in 1843. Unlikely.8,9,10
Death*	Martha died on 2 May 1858 in Fulton Co., Kentucky, of typhoid fever.4,9
Burial*	She was buried at Blair Family Cemetery in Fulton, Fulton Co., Kentucky. She's noted as wife of James M. Lee. Her parents and sister Eliza Brown are the four graves in this tiny cemetery.9

Marriage*	He married Sarah Adella Latta on 21 November 1867. My preliminary research suggests children were Mary Elizabeth (1870-1968, m. Robert E Stilley 1895 in Fulton Co.), Flora A (1874- , m. Frank Brooks bef 1900 census), and Nathan Hays Blair (1878-1967, m. Jessie Wild). Josiah's 1885 bio at Genealogy Hound claims four children with three lviing at that time.10,11,2
Census1870*	Josiah and Sarah appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of McAllister Pct., Hickman Co., Kentucky, enumerated 30 July 1870, as 36 yo farmer Josiah H & 19 yo Sarah A D Blair. Their 0.1 yo daughter Mary E Blair was listed as living with them.12
Census1880	Josiah and Sarah appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of McAllister Pct., Hickman Co., Kentucky, enumerated 12 June 1880, as 47 yo farmer Josiah H & 29 yo wife Sarah A Blair. Their children 10 yo Mary E, 5 yo Flora A, and 1 yo Nathan H Blair were listed as living with them.13
Census1900	Josiah and Sarah appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Fulton, Fulton Co., Kentucky, enumerated 28 June 1900, as 66 yo farmer J Hays & 49 yo wife Adella Blair. Their children 21 yo single son Nathan, 30 yo married daughter Mary, and 25 yo married daughter Flora were listed as living with them. Also in the home were Mary's 32 yo husband Robt Stilley, and 1 yo son Rupert (as son-in-law & grandson), and Flora's 32 yo husband Frank Brooks (as son-in-law.)14
Census1910	Josiah and Sarah appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Fulton, Fulton Co., Kentucky, enumerated 18 April 1910, as 76 yo Josiah H & 59 yo wife Sarah A Blair. Their daughter 40 yo Mary E Blair was listed as living with them, as well as Mary's 42 yo husband Robert L Stilley, and their sons 11 yo Rupert A, and 6 yo Paul Blair Stilley (as son-in-law & grandsons.)15
Death*	Josiah died on 28 December 1915 at his home on 3rd St. in Fulton, Fulton Co., Kentucky, at age 82.9,1
