Birth*	Frances, daughter of Abihu Aaron Arnn and Margaret Reynolds "Peggy" Blair, was born between 1834 and 1836 in Tennessee. The census record averages 1834-1836, her obit says she was 65 suggesting 1841. The census record being more consistent we'll go with its range.4,3
Census1840	Frances is probably the female under age 5 listed in the household of her father, Abihu Aaron Arnn, in the 1840 Federal Census of Henry Co., Tennessee.5
Census1850	Frances appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of 14th Civil Dist., Henry Co., Tennessee in the household of her parents, Abihu Aaron Arnn and Margaret Reynolds "Peggy" Blair, as 13 yo female Francis A Arnn.6
Marriage*	Her first marriage was to Richard C. Griffin on 31 August 1854 at Conway Co., Arkansas. My preliminary research suggests their children were Lydia A (1855-b1901, d. bef. 1900 census), John W (1857-1860), Margaret (1858-1884), and Georgia Griffin (1861-1901) but the record is sketchy at best.7,8
Census1860*	Frances and Richard appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Griffin Twp., Pope Co., Arkansas, enumerated 6 September 1860, as 27 yo Richard C. and 22 yo Fannie Griffin. Their children 4 yo Lydia A and 2 yo Margaret were listed as living with them, as well as 22 yo James Arsen(sp?). Perhaps James is Frances' brother James, though he's already enumerated with his parents, also at age 22 yo.      Note also that Pope Co and Conway Co are adjacent to each other. It's a bit odd that each has a Griffin Township.4
Marriage*	Their second marriage was to Hawkins Gregory on 11 June 1867 at Pope Co., Arkansas. Hawkins' previous marriage according to Find A Grave was Margaret R Gregory (1807-1865).9,10
Census1870*	Frances and Hawkins appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Griffin Twp., Conway Co., Arkansas, enumerated 3 September 1870, as 67 yo retired farmer Hawkins & 34 yo Francis Gregary. A 9 yo daughter Georgia Gregary was listed as living with them, presumably from Hawkins' prior marriage.11
Marriage*	Her third marriage was to Dr. W. R. Welch on 15 June 1879 at Gregory, Conway Co., Arkansas. License date 12 Jun.12
Census1880*	Frances and W. appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Wilson Twp., Pope Co., Arkansas, at Atkins PO, enumerated 2 June 1880, as 50 yo physician W R & 43 yo wife Fannie Welch. Their children 16 yo William S, 15 yo Clarence, 8 yo Prince A, 6 yo Albert, and 4 yo Dent Welch were listed as living with them, all from WR's previous marriage(s) based on their ages.13
Marriage*	Her fourth marriage was to D. M. Mourning on 14 September 1886 at Pope Co., Arkansas. In the 1900 census Fannie shows 4 born with 1 living.14
Death*	Frances died circa 11 January 1906 in Glass Village (9 miles NE of Atkins), Pope Co., Arkansas, of pneumonia. Her death announcement has a dateline of Atkins, Jan. 11. In it she is called Mrs. Fannie A, wife of D. M. Mourning.15

Ella Ross), John M (c1870- ), Thomas A (c1874- ), Marcellus Davis (1877-1956), Dennis D (c1879- ), and Willie Arnn (c1885- ). In the 1900 census Sarah shows 11 born with 5 living. In the 1910 she shows 11 born with 3 living. The missing four children may have included Samuel R, Mattie, and Georgia Arnn .7,8
LandGrant*	James Wilson was issued an 80 acre grant, being the W½NW¼ of Section 22, T8N-R17W, 5th Prime Meridian on 1 August 1861 by the Batesville Land Office at Conway Co., Arkansas.9
Census1880*	James and Sarah appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Gregory Twp., Conway Co., Arkansas, enumerated 3 June 1880, as 42 yo farm laborer Jas W & 38 yo wife Sarah C Arnn. Their children 16 yo daughter Francis E, 14 yo Samuel B, 10 yo John M, 6 yo Thomas A, 3 yo Marceles D, and 1 yo Dennis D Arnn were listed as living with them.10
Death*	James died on 22 November 1887.8

The Bible is cited for her birth (30 May 1841 in Henry Co., TN), marriage, and death (09 Sep 1867 in AR).      There are marriage records at Ancestry and FamilySearch confirming names, date and location. None of the marriage records show the bride's parents' names so we've no way of knowing that the Sarah who married Jones is the daughter of Abihu & Peggy.      Sarah's father's Find A Grave memorial (109077642) lists daughter Sarah Elizabeth Arnn Jones (1841-1867), but again no primary sources. I find no memorial for Sarah.
