It's odd her surname is Shipe in her Find A Grave memorial but her obit says she's survived by her husband Jett.1,8
Marr-Divorce*	Carson was divorced from Ruby Arlene Lichliter at Shenandoah Co., Virginia, on 13 August 1953. Ruby was plaintiff, cause was cruelty.9
Death*	Carson died on 6 April 1975 at Winchester Memorial Hospital in Winchester, Virginia, at age 56, of colon & prostate cancer.10,5
