ResearchNote*	Research Note of 14 November 2022 re Find A Grave. There's a John D Walraven (1842-1871) with Find A Grave memorial no. 177190284, married to Mary E Lnu (1848-1938). I don't believe this is the same couple. The middle initial D is Downs in FamilySearch's entry ID K4KQ-XLP, but FS's lifespan jives with S. E. Vandegrift's rather than Find A Grave 's.8,9

Census1850	George and Elizabeth appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Saint Georges Hundred, New Castle Co., Delaware, enumerated 2 August 1850, as 29 yo farmer George T & 25 you Elizabeth J Lockerman. Their children William and Martha J. were listed as living with them, as well as two unknown persons, likely domestic or farm help.5
Census1860*	George and Elizabeth appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Dist. 2, Kent Co., Maryland, enumerated 21 July 1860, as 38 yo nurseryman George T & 37 yo Elizabeth Lockerman. Their children William and Martha J. were listed as living with them, as well as one domestic.6
Residence*	George resided in Hanesville, Kent Co., Maryland, in August 1863.2

Marriage*	She married Elias Walraven, son of Joseph Walraven and Martha Burchard, in February 1854. My preliminary research suggests their children were Mary E Walraven (c1855- ) and Isaac Francis "Frank" Walraven (c1867- ).4,1,3
Census1860*	Elizabeth and Elias appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Dist. 1, Kent Co., Maryland, enumerated 3 July 1860, as 29 yo farmer Elias & 25 yo Elizabeth Walraven. Their presumed daughter 5 yo Mary E Walraven was listed as living with them, as well as a domestic, her two kids and three laborers.5
Census1870	Elizabeth and Elias appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Dist. 4, Kent Co., Maryland, enumerated 15 August 1870, as 40 yo farmer Elias & 35 yo Elizabeth Walraven. Their children 14 yo Mary and 3 yo Frank Walraven were enumerated with them, as well as two cooks and a farm hand.6

Marriage*	She married James C. Walraven, son of Joseph Walraven and Sarah Ann Murch, on 16 July 1866. My preliminary research suggests their only child was Constance Christine Walraven (c1868- , m. Charles M Wright bef 1910).2,1
Census1870*	Mary and James appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Port Penn, New Castle Co., Delaware, enumerated 4 June 1870, as 36 yo school teacher James & 32 yo Mary R Walraven. Their 1 yo (presumed daughter) Constance was listed as living with them.3
Census1880	Mary and James appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Gloucester City, Camden Co., New Jersey, enumerated 12 June 1880, as 48 yo retail grocer James & 41 yo wife Mary Walraven. Their 11 yo Christine was listed as living with them.4
Death*	Mary died on 20 December 1909 at home of her daughter Mrs. Charles M. Wright in Baltimore, Maryland.5

PA), James Shaw (1864-1908, m. Fannie Lnu c1891), Maro (1868-1956), Lydia (1871- ) and John Edward Patten (1875- ).2,3,1

Their 1 yo son Edward C Patten was listed as living with them as well as five others all under 15 yo with surnames Warren, Adkinson, Stoops and Lena.4

Marriage*	He married Mary Jane Walraven, daughter of Joseph Walraven and Sarah Ann Murch, on 27 April 1857. My preliminary research suggests their children were William T (1859- ), Joseph E (1863- ), James Elwood (1864-1929), Sarah Frances "Sadie" (1866-1921, m. Edward Elmore Skirven 1905) and Wilbur H Sr (1868-1928, m. Margaret Ann Hendrickson 1895).      Short bio with five living children is in his Find A Grave entry. King claims 22 April but Vandegrift's entry is cleary the 27th. In the 1910 census Mary shows 6 born with 5 living.4,3,1
