James A Jordan) Bentley.      Married 9 years with 4 born & 3 living in the 1910 census. FSTrees lists one other, Leroy Bentley (dec'd), who may be this missing child.1,3,2

Marriage*	She married Warren Wagoner, son of John W. Wagoner and Sarah Isabella "Bell" Wagoner, circa 1900. Married 30 years in the 1930 census. Warren's nearest relative is Mrs. Josephine Wagoner on his WWI draft card of 12 Sep 1918.3,1
Residence*	Josephine and Warren resided in Duncan, Stephens Co., Oklahoma, on 12 September 1918. Note Stephens County is one of 13 present-day Oklahoma counties that are part of what was the Chickasaw Nation.1

Birth*

W. was born in September 1880 in Missouri. Three doors below John & Mary Hamblin in the 1900 census we find the Milleson D & Priscella Jones family. They have a 19 yo son Worthy Jones. We know a W W Jones married one of the Hamblin daughters, her given name currently unknown. My money is on this being that person. However, there's a marriage record for a Worthy Jones m. Ida May Grace in 1904 in Vernon, MO. If this is the same person then either the Hamblin daughter m1 Fnu Grace, then m2 Jones, or the entire speculation is wrong.2

Birth*	Infant, daughter of John Henry Hamblin and Mary Elizabeth Wagoner, was born before 19 June 1900. This is a placemarker birth to force sort order just before her brother James who also 'died in infancy'.1,2
Death*	Infant died before 19 June 1900. Her father's obit of 1921 says only she, her mother and infant boy (brother James S) died 'several' years earlier. Given that James died in 1870 and her mother in 1904 the writer's interpretation of the word 'several' is pretty loose.1,2

Death*	Robert died in August 1916 in near Mulhall, Logan Co., Oklahoma, at age 31, of tetanus from a smashed finger. FSTrees (Rober Lee Wagoner (1885-1916), ID no. 9ZVT-9S8) claims August 1916 without citation, but the Monitor-Press article is from 30 Aug 1916 and more or less confirms the date. The death announcement calls him the brother of Mrs. Isaiah Harris. This unlocked a bottleneck with his sister Gennetie (formerly believed to be Geneva).6

License date is 26 June, the marriage on 07 July. The second record is for the license only and spells names a bit differently. My preliminary research suggests their children were Myrtle Leona Harriman (1896-1986, m. Wayne W Spalding 1915), Edna Mae Harriman (1898-1968, m. Forrest Francis Lewis), William Henry Harriman (1900-1982, m. Mary L Kyle), Sarah Elnora "Ella" Harriman (1903-2001, m. Gilbert Dry), Rose Lee Harriman (1906-1985, m. Clifford L Lantz 1923), Earl Providence Harriman (1908-1994, m. Leota May Lnu), Ethel Irene Harriman (1911-2008, m. Joseph Meier), Monroe Wilson Harriman (1912-2006, m1 Shirley M Moehl 1897, m2 Velta N Tracy), Louis Elroy Harriman (1918-2003, m. Beulah Eagle) and Dollie Harriman (1920-2015, m. Dale Edwin Webber). Marriage*	He married Laura May Wagoner, daughter of Edmond Wilson Wagoner and Sarah Jane McKinnon, on 24 January 1910 in Logan Co., Oklahoma. Frank & Laura had two children who are mentioned in his obituary. Names and genders currently unknown but perhaps the 10 yo Minnie & 7 yo Willard Underwood, wards in the Sunbeam Home (orphanage) of Oklahoma City in the 1920 census. The 1910 census confirms married 3 months. Find A Grave shows an m1 for Frank to Mandie Watkins in 1898.2,1,3

Birth*	Anna was born in 1893 in Oklahoma Territory, d/o Frances Schmiedbauer, sister of Jacob Wm Geiger, Joe George, John Matthew and Sebastian H Schmiedbauer. Both of Anna's parents born in Germany according to the 1920 census.2,3
Marriage*	She married Joseph Leonard Wagoner, son of Edmond Wilson Wagoner and Sarah Jane McKinnon, in 1911. My preliminary research suggests their children were Ruby M Wagoner (1913-2006, m. Fnu Haverland), Edna Belle Wagoner (1915-2008, m1 Willie W Gray, m2 Roy L Mueller), Reva Irean Wagoner (1917-2004, m. Fnu Harker), Leona Wagoner (1920-1922) and Ralph Wagoner (1931-1981).1
Census1920*	Anna and Joseph appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Rose Hill Twp., Logan Co., Oklahoma, enumerated 28 January 1920, as 27 yo farmer Joseph & 26 yo wife Anna Wagoner. Their children 6 yo Ruby, 4.8 yo Edna and 2.6 yo Irene Wagoner were listed as living with them. Joe's brother Edmond (as Edwin) and his family live five doors above. His brother John Thomas and family are on the next census page.2
Census1930	Anna and Joseph appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Denver, Denver Co., Colorado, enumerated 12 April 1930, as 39 yo farmer Joe L & 36 yo wife Annie M Waggoner. Their children 17 yo Ruby M, 15 yo Edna B and 12 yo Reva I Waggoner were listed as living with them.4
Death*	Anna died in 1939.3

Estate-Misc*	A lawsuit was started in District Court, Payne County, Oklahoma, beginning 07 May 1943, between Anna's siblings as plaintiffs (Joe, Johh, Sebastian and William Schmiedbauer, Jacob Geiger and Frances Geiger Nixon) and Anna's children as defendants (Joe and Ralph Wagoner, Irean Harker, Ruby Haverland and Edna Gray). The suit claims that Anna's executors haven't yet divvied up a quarter section of land that had belonged to Anna. The suit is primarily of interest in that it ties together a lot of names that otherwise were only alleged.5

Marriage*	She married George Washington Wagoner, son of Edmond Wilson Wagoner and Sarah Jane McKinnon, on 4 June 1915 in Stillwater, Payne Co., Oklahoma. Both George & Goldie were residents of Coyle, Logan Co., OK, on their marriage license. I find no evidence that they ever had any children.1
Census1920*	Goldie and George appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Clarkson Twp., Payne Co., Oklahoma, enumerated 9 January 1920, as 24 yo farmer George W & 24 yo wife Golda Wagoner.3
Census1930	Goldie and George appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Orosi Twp., Tulare Co., California, enumerated 23 May 1930, as 34 yo farm laborer George W & 34 yo wife Goldie Wagner. Goldie's 12 yo nephew Leon Morrill was listed as living with them.4
Census1940	Goldie and George appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Lemon Cove Twp., Tulare Co., California, enumerated 16 May 1940, as 44 yo orange farm laborer George W & 44 yo wife Goldie Wagoner.5
